Apples 4 promises to be the most popular phones in the companys history, after so many pre-order it came on the website crashed.
Apparently, 600,000 people logged on to buy the 4 directly from the Apple iPhone and carrier partners, resulting in Snafu.
Apple in a statement that the problem simply came from the number of customers, and apologized for the problems encountered:
Yesterday, Apple and its carrier partners have a contract for more than 600,000 new Apple iPhone 4, said Apple.

This was the biggest number of pre-order Apple has never taken a single day, and was much higher than expected, resulting in a lot of order and approval system faults.
