Halo Wars is to be released sometime in October 2008, putting the first actual strategy into the halo games. There are plenty of screenshots. You can see some of the developer’s progress over at their website. For this new Halo game, it will still be able to support up to 6 players on Xbox Live for multiplayer mode, and as promised by developers, there will be an online campaign mode. So, again, we should see the new Halo sometime in October.
