1. Verizon

There was a rumor that the iPhone 4 would be able to run on Verizon’s network, but as it turned out, AT&T remain the exlusive carrier of the iPhone 4. This turned out to be bad news for customers who had taked out a contract with Verizon.

2. 4G support

Most customers wanted the iPhone 4 to be able to support a 4G network, but in fact, the iPhone 4 does not support a 4G network, and it is rumored that the next iPhone will be able to.

3. Larger display

Some customers are a little disapointed with the size of the display, with the iPhone 4 having a display size of 3.5 inches, the same as the iPhone 3GS, many customers wanted the iPhone 4 to have a screen size of around 4″ to 4.2″.

4. 8 mega pixel camera

A few customers were disapointed with the mega pixel of the iPhone 4 camera, as the iPhone 4 only has a 5Mp camera, which is 3Mp less then its competitor the HTC Droid. Whilst 5Mp isnt a bad size for a smartphone, customers still feel there is room for improvment.

5. Google Voice

Customers are showing some annoyance to the fact that Google Voice is still not bing implicated into the iPhone 4, when Apple was asked about this, they made no comment.

6. better FaceTime

The iPhone 4 comes with a new feature called “Face Time”, it allows iPhone 4 users to make video calls using a Wi-Fi network, but unfortunatly, this is curently limited to only being able to work between iPhone 4 models.

7. A physical keyboard

The iPhone 4 doesnt come with a physical keyboard, which some customers were disapointed about, even though Apple did try and compensate for this by improving the display and software, creating a better virtual keyboard.
